ALFAMIX manufactures mobile asphalt mixing plants with capacities of 40, 80, 120 and 150 tonnes per hour, combining mobility, rapid installation and production in accordance with the mix design. Designed for the changing requirements of road construction and infrastructure projects, our plants bring asphalt production to the site where it is needed.

Depending on capacity and selected equipment, we integrate the dryer, baghouse filter and cold aggregate feed bins on a single chassis to provide compact solutions transportable on one trailer. For additional equipment and project-specific requirements, we also manufacture two-trailer configurations. Transport arrangements and equipment layout are therefore adapted to your operating conditions.

A key advantage is fast installation and commissioning. A layout designed for easy transport and rapid assembly helps reduce downtime between sites and enables production to start sooner on your next project.

Cold aggregate feed bins can be manufactured with 2, 3, 4 or 5 compartments. Depending on the number of compartments and plant layout, volumes of 5, 10, 15 or 20 m³ per compartment are available. Electric vibrators fitted to two compartments selected by you facilitate material flow, help reduce bridging and support consistent feeding.

In our continuous plants without a hot aggregate screen, achieving the target grading starts with correctly prepared aggregates and controlled feeding. Aggregate fractions with suitable particle size distributions are fed through a calibrated system in the proportions specified by the mix design. When these process conditions are met, ALFAMIX provides the production assurance needed to manufacture asphalt in accordance with your mix design.

Mixing technology can also be selected to suit your production preferences. We offer a drum-mix system, in which the bituminous mixture is prepared inside the drum, or a separate continuous mixer independent of the dryer. In the separate-mixer configuration, our powerful twin-shaft mixer provides homogeneous blending of aggregate, bitumen and mineral filler, together with uniform bitumen coating of the aggregate surfaces.

An optional mass flow meter enables high-precision bitumen measurement and controlled dosing, allowing this essential component to be supplied in the proportion required by the mix design.

A mineral filler dosing system can also be added. An optional external filler silo and our dedicated gate system provide controlled filler feeding and accurate addition of the required filler proportion.

Hot mix is conveyed by our chain conveyor, equipped with a specially designed chain manufactured in-house. Designed for demanding service and extended operating periods, this system supports reliable hot mix handling and production continuity.

Our dry baghouse filter is integrated with reverse-air cleaning or an optional pulse-jet cleaning system. By collecting dust generated during aggregate drying, it helps control particulate emissions and reduce the environmental impact of production. At ALFAMIX, we develop production performance with a commitment to a more liveable environment for future generations.

The dryer burner can be selected for liquid fuel, gas or dual-fuel operation according to fuel availability and operating preference. Optional mobile bitumen and fuel tanks complete the required storage infrastructure. As with our stationary plants, thermal oil or electric heating options are available for bitumen storage and supply systems.

Energy options complement the plant’s mobility. An optional integrated generator enables production where mains electricity is unavailable. Mains operation and, where required, hybrid energy configurations allow the plant to be adapted to your project’s power infrastructure.
