The Peletnik-150 pellet machine with a power of 4 kW and a feed capacity of up to 100 kg/h from Peletto.pl is an ideal solution for a small enterprise or household. It copes well with raw materials such as sawdust, straw, hay, ground leaves, sunflower waste and many others.

For effective pelleting, the most important thing is to meet the conditions of fraction size and raw material moisture. The size of the raw material supplied to the pellet mill should always be at least one millimeter smaller than the working holes in the die. The initial humidity should not exceed 16% and should not be lower than 10%.

Peletnik-150 can operate at both 230 V and 400 V.

The capacity of the Peletik-150 pellet machine and granulator in the production of feed can be up to 100 kg/h, while in the production of pellets from sawdust or straw the capacity can reach 50 kg/h. Each pellet machine purchased at Peletto is equipped with a matrix and rollers selected for the customer's raw material. For an additional fee, we can also run in the die, so you receive a ready-to-use product.
