This machine anneals (thermally straightens) stainless steel wires from 0.30 - 0.50mm)
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
The machine enables heating by direct passage of electric current through the wire
through the wire (resistance annealing process)
The device is equipped with 4 special power stabilisers for regulation
in combination
with an optical pyrometer for temperature control and thermoregulation
The simultaneous heating of the 4 wires takes place in a chamber saturated with inert gas
by the electrical contact transmitted by two conductive V-shaped discs (short-circuit rollers)
are transmitted. Two further V-shaped discs have the task of guiding the wires
The system can be integrated into an existing automatic Scholl disc system
which
however
is not
not included in the scope of delivery of the machine. Alternatively
the straightened wire can also be
